Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and document findings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
- Provide therapy interventions and adjust plans based on patient response and goals
- Establish discharge plans and communicate recommendations to patients, families, and the care team
- Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines
- Supervise assigned PT assistants and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient progress
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety, and activity modifications

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (California) required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least two years of recent physical therapy experience preferred
- Pelvic floor therapy experience and PRPC or WCS certification (or actively pursuing certification) preferred
- Ability to work in a short-term acute care hospital setting
