Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Arizona state SLP license
• Possess an SLP Educator Certificate
• Present and valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school-based settings, especially preschool or Child Find programs, is advantageous
• Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged children, both in direct intervention and through assessments as part of Child Find initiatives
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for evaluations and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to develop and implement effective IEPs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
• Adjust caseload management in alignment with school priorities, ensuring each child’s needs are met
