Premier Eye Associates is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing private practice. This position offers the opportunity to learn multiple areas of eye care, including front desk, clinical technician, and optical duties. No previous eye care experience is required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to step in wherever needed to provide an exceptional experience for our patients. What You'll Do Welcome patients, assist with check-in and check-out, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front-office operations Guide patients through health histories, pre-testing, diagnostic testing, and other clinical aspects of the visit Assist doctors with patient flow, contact lens services, pre- and post-operative care, and patient education Help patients with frame selection, eyewear options, and other optical services Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork and information Educate patients about routine, preventative, and medical eye care Provide friendly, attentive service while helping wherever needed across the practice No experience?
