Legal Administrative Assistant (Litigation)

Are you an experienced legal professional who enjoys the fast pace of litigation? We're partnering with a well-established law firm in the Concord area that is looking to add a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to its team. This is a great opportunity to support attorneys throughout the litigation process while working in a collaborative and professional office environment. Location: Concord, NH Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 DOE Type: Direct Hire Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Life Insurance Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and scheduling Coordinate filings and maintain case documentation Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties Organize electronic and physical litigation files Assist with time entry, billing, and matter management Support case preparation and overall litigation workflow Qualifications: Previous experience in a legal administrative or legal assistant role Litigation experience required Familiarity with court procedures, deadlines, and legal documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail Ability to work independently while supporting a busy legal team All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
