Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical patients on the D3 unit.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications

and therapies per orders, and respond to changes in patient condition. - Document all care in the EPIC charting system with accurate, compliant records. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, coordinate patient education, and assist with discharge planning. - Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to unit policies; manage IV therapy and routine procedures as delegated. - Float within scope of practice as directed by the unit manager and maintain professionalism on the floor. Requirements

• NY RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years acute hospital nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• NURSYS verification and references required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• EPIC competency required; EKG competency/testing may be required per unit
