Job Summary As Concessions Manager at CHS Field, you will lead and motivate our hourly team members to provide a warm welcome and delicious food to our guests. You will be an experienced operations leader focused on people and quality standards. Detailed Responsibilities Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events Supporting recruitment and training of team members in our standards and procedures Supervising operations during the event and troubleshooting where needed Working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance and proactively engaging in processes for loss prevention Supporting the premium department as needed Completing point‑of‑sale updates and regular maintenance checks Ensuring timely implementation and communication of promotions Managing loss prevention activities including cash drops, collections, variance logs, and nightly Goods Out of Stock (GOS) procedure Working in partnership with other departments to ensure accurate completion of the requisition process Collaborating with culinary and purchasing teams to keep the concessions theoretical matrix up‑to‑date for accurate margin calculations Managing the gratis sheet process for accurate tracking of comped items Ensuring compliance with all Payment Card Information rules Implementing the concessions production sheet to ensure accurate production and minimal wastage Conducting progressive coaching with team members Completing the monthly beverage wastage report Restocking concessions and bars to maximize event readiness Ensuring appropriate alcohol service signage is placed, and responsible service of alcohol protocols are followed Processing alcohol incident logs to identify trends Supporting recruitment activities for team members and NFPs Holding pre‑shift meetings to set the tone for events Managing location "Keys to the Future" activities to develop future leaders Supporting orientation training for all hourly team members Managing the NPO Group communication Overseeing service standards during events to ensure a high‑level guest experience Ensuring accurate end‑of‑month inventory completion Managing product transfers and requisition sheets to track products during events Resolving guest complaints Handling team‑member incidents and accidents with required reporting procedures Completing monthly department safety inspections Conducting monthly safety training for team members Managing team‑member scheduling in line with demand forecasts Verifying payroll and entering gratuities Communicating with subcontractors to ensure all paperwork, staffing, and training requirements are met Conducting walk‑throughs of the building during events Supporting other properties and departments as required by the business Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements 2+ years of experience in a food‑and‑beverage operational position Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred High level of computer literacy Passion for hospitality, food, and retail Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills At Levy, team = family.
