We are seeking a Tenant Relations Coordinator in Dallas, TX to serve as the primary tenant liaison, providing front-line support while creating a positive and engaging workplace experience. This role is responsible for planning and executing tenant events such as happy hours, theme days, and other community-building activities, as well as assisting with front desk operations by greeting guests and managing access badges. Additional responsibilities include preparing spaces for leasing tours, responding to emails, monitoring contracts and certificates of insurance, and coordinating tenant communications. The position also involves billing data entry using internal coding systems, maintaining organized digital and physical files, managing mail, and tracking work orders and service requests. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and able to coordinate after-hours maintenance access by communicating with security to ensure building operations run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Previous Property Assistant experience

• Previous Admin experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
