Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Production/Assembly Operators for our client located in Princeton, IL

Pay rate:

1st Shift: $17/hr

2nd Shift:$17.50/hr

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 4:30 AM-3:00 PM | Tuesday-Friday

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-1:30 AM | Monday-Thursday

Location: Princeton, IL

Responsibilities:

Ensures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported
Maintain equipment and work areas
Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles.
Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
Maintain equipment and work areas
Advocates safety practices to the rest of the production staff
Ensures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions maintenance or safety issues
Checks finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediately

Requirements:

Production and/or manufacturing experience is preferred
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test & Pre- Employment verifications.
Must have steel toe shoes/boots
Must have good attendance
MUST be able to work OVERTIME
