Known as one of the state's leading rehabilitation centers, it offers comprehensive therapy and wellness services across multiple community-based locations. We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative care team. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about improving patients' mobility, functionality, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers for integrated patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercises and long-term wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Must-Have Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in PT (grandfathered license holders welcome)
- Active or eligible Wyoming PT license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience or certification in Lymphedema or Pelvic Health
- Prior home health or outpatient care experience
- Familiarity with WebPT (preferred EMR)
