Location: Kentwood, MI

Shift: 1st

Pay: $18 per hour

Job Summary

Are you an experienced and detailoriented Powder Coater looking for a longterm opportunity? We’re seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join a teamcentered production environment in Kentwood, MI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing production spray operations on manufactured products requiring standard finishes, while contributing to a safe, organized, and highquality workspace.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Experienced Powder Coater, your core responsibilities will include: 

Performing production spray operations using powder coating systems to apply standard finishes to manufactured products. 

Reading and understanding engineering prints, schematics, and equipment drawings to ensure accurate coating application. 

Maintaining cleanliness of powder coating equipment and properly wearing all required PPE. 

Supporting additional production tasks such as racking, packing, and cleaning as needed. 

Adhering to all safety and health guidelines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

In addition, you will be expected to work independently, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and contribute to a fastpaced team environment focused on quality and safety.

hat We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

Experience in production spray operations involving powder coating. 

Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and equipment schematics. 

Detailoriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively in a team setting. 

Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and perform duties with consistent accuracy. 

Commitment to wearing PPE and following all safety protocols.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and quality. 

Ability to work independently and stay productive. 

Reliable, safetyfocused, and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
