We are looking for a caring, motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our compassionate team supporting both our Fayetteville and Springdale practices.How You'll Make a DifferenceWorking under the direct supervision of our licensed Orthodontists, you will deliver hands-on clinical care and create an uplifting experience for every patient:Chairside Collaboration: Assist the Orthodontist during exams and treatments, keeping procedures running smoothly while making sure patients feel safe, relaxed, and valued.Expanded Clinical Care: Confidently perform key procedures such as placing and removing archwires, coil springs, bands, retainers, and attachments.Digital & Modern Tech: Perform precision 3D digital scans and assist in fabricating custom appliances and retainers.Patient Education & Connection: Guide patients through their treatment plans, proper oral hygiene, and appliance care so they leave every appointment feeling confident and empowered.Operatory & Workflow Prep: Prepare treatment suites, sterilize equipment, and support efficient clinical workflows to keep the day seamless.Accurate Documentation: Keep thorough, precise treatment notes to ensure excellence and continuity in patient care.What We're Looking ForWe believe that skills can be sharpened, but genuine kindness is priceless.
