The ideal candidate will establish robust testing frameworks, design automated validation routines, and implement standardized processes for controller performance evaluation. Required Skills Master’s or P.H.D in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Controls, or a related field. Strong foundation in classical controls, linear systems, and applied dynamics. Experience developing and tuning control algorithms on physical hardware.
