QualDerm Partners, a leader in dermatologic care, operates over 150 locations across 17 states and is recognized as the largest multi-state female-founded and owned dermatology network in the United States. As a Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly and effectively. Your leadership will focus on enhancing patient experience, developing team dynamics, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of patient-focused operational strategies that align with our brand standards.
- Foster a culture of superior communication and follow-up to ensure complete patient satisfaction.
- Guarantee that clinical and service standards are upheld across all facilities.
- Engage in active performance monitoring through client feedback surveys.
- Actively participate in team recruitment, training, development, and retention efforts.
- Drive growth initiatives by collaborating with clinicians and contributing to strategic direction.
- Manage financial performance by maintaining strict adherence to budgeting and P&L accountability.
- Your proactive approach and commitment to team empowerment will be essential in creating a positive work environment where both staff and patients thrive.
