- # Recycling LeadApplylocations: DC6 Solon OHtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-31928**Job Title:**Recycling Lead**Job Overview*** Partner with Maintenance/Recycle Manager on all challenges, decisions, adjustments or changes to be made to ensure that all aspects of the Bob’s business plan are considered and followed* Thoroughly understand Bob’s Discount Furniture Company & Department Policies and procedures* Ensure that department training plan encompasses quality, speed and accuracy* Mentor, guide, coach and train other Recycling employees in recycling materials, safe cleaning and material handling practices* Provide updates to Managers throughout the day on all day-to-day activities and progress of associates* Sort materials, operate forklift, and clamp trucks* Delegate tasks and follow up* All other duties as assigned**What You’ll Bring to Bob’s**At Bob’s Discount Furniture, we value the unique skills and experiences that each candidate brings.
