Job DescriptionPartner with the bestThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of complex PRIMERA and Artificial Lift Systems (ALS) projects from order entry through customer delivery. This role serves as the primary point of integration between customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, and service delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.The position provides project leadership across multiple product lines and manufacturing locations, driving alignment, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.As a , you will be responsible for:ResponsibilitiesLead project execution, planning, scheduling, and delivery activities for strategic customer projects.Serve as the primary customer-facing execution lead, providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service Delivery.Oversee project documentation, customer deliverables, databooks, inspection plans, and quality requirements.Manage engineering change activities, configuration management, part number releases, and product readiness.Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks related to schedule, quality, technical execution, and supply chain performance.Coordinate supplier and vendor activities impacting project execution.AuthoritiesPrioritize project execution activities to meet customer commitments.Escalate business, technical, quality, and schedule risks to leadership.Represent the project team in customer-facing discussions and execution reviews.Recommend mitigation plans and corrective actions to maintain project performance.AccountabilitiesOn-time delivery of customer projects.Achievement of project milestones and customer commitments.Effective management of project risk, scope, and execution performance.Compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.Fuel your passionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or service delivery.Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing schedules, risks, action plans, and project deliverables.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.Desired CharacteristicsExperience in Artificial Lift Systems, AccessESP, Completions, or Manufacturing.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training.Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer, operational, and financial objectives.Proven ability to influence without direct authority.Highly collaborative and capable of driving alignment across diverse teams and functions.Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for operational excellence and customer success.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
