Plasma Center Training Supervisor - Sign-On Bonus Eligible

Job Description 5k Sign-On Bonus. About the role Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. How you will contribute Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training. Review Quality Control Records. Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process. Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures. Consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns. Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What you bring to Takeda High School Diploma or equivalent. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification. Frequent bending and reaching; ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds, occasional lifting to 50 lb. Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance. Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required. Compensation Hourly wage range: $26.40 - $36.30. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives and participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
