Minimum Experience Required: 2 years experience outside of school (REQUIRED)

Day to Day:

• Obtain blood specimens and collect non-blood specimens such as urine, sputum, and throat swabs for laboratory testing
• Ability to use straight needles and draw 50+ times per day
• Responsible for drawing blood on patients ranging from infants to geriatrics
• Ability to work in a fast paced and hectic environment
• Labeling specimens and handling all specimens properly
• Experience processing specimens for laboratory testing

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wesley Chapel, FL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
