Senior Business Systems Analyst

If you are analytical, collaborative, and committed to delivering well-executed solutions, we invite you to bring your expertise to our team.Salary range: $93,250 to $134,500Key ResponsibilitiesLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including development of test plans, coordination of execution, defect tracking, and validation prior to releaseElicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new initiatives and system enhancementsDevelop functional specifications, process flows, system designs, and integration requirementsConduct gap analysis and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and cost effectivenessServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and ITS teamsFacilitate cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and informed decision-makingTriage and coordinate resolution of production incidents and system issuesMaintain clear documentation and traceability between requirements and deliverablesSupport change management, training initiatives, and continuous process improvement effortsChristian Brothers Services is a not-for-profit comprised of cooperative programs providing administrative and managerial services to Catholic organizations.
