HEDIS / STARs type of work:

modernizing the ecosystem from legacy to cloud based solution - Azure, Snowflake - have the strategy - in process of execution

Need help with what portion of strategy is working on:

• mesh between strategy to solutioning to executioner
• refine the strategy - and get into the mechanics of details
• how does the strategy translate to solution
• dependencies across the team.

Required:

• 5 + years of experience with Azure Cloud based data capabilities (ADF, Databricks, Azure Blob, Logic Apps, etc) PLUS experience with Snowflake and Kafka
• 10+ years of experience building data platform solutions on-premises and in the cloud serving in roles that cover lead data engineer, data architect, solution architect type of roles
• Has broad understanding of data-oriented technologies from traditional RDBMS, Big Data, and Cloud perspective and fundamentally understand how different technologies can be positioned (architected) to build a broader data solution.
• Has the hands-on experience to be able to provide detailed guidance to the engineering team on best practices and solutions patterns that are relevant to the solution at-hand
• Has engaged on multiple enterprise level initiatives and has the experience to ensure dependencies between various teams working on the solution clearly understand responsibilities and dependencies across teams to successfully execute on the build of the solution.
