Join our team at Tennessee Grasslands! At Tennessee Grasslands Golf & Country Club, we create unforgettable experiencesfrom elegant weddings and corporate events to lively member celebrations and live outdoor concerts. We're looking for energetic, service-driven Banquet Servers and Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love delivering exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Do
Banquet Servers:
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service during events
- Set up and break down banquet spaces, including tables, linens, and dcor
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless event experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event
What You Bring
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Willingness to learn and adhere to the Grasslands standard of service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bartending experience preferred (for bartender roles)
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule Expectations
This role requires availability on weekends and key holidays, including:
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day (Holiday shifts will be rotated among team members.)
