Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Coverage Area: Tampa Palms, New Tampa, Arbor Greene, Cory Lake Isles / Northeast Hillsborough County, FL 33647 (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

Compensation & Earning Potential

Pay-per-visit model: $45$50 per visit + Medicare differential pay
Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually
Mileage reimbursement

Schedule

Wednesday-Saturday
No nights
No on-call

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
