Litigation Attorney

We are partnering with a respected law firm seeking a General Civil Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This opportunity is open to attorneys from all civil litigation practice areas , making it an excellent fit for litigators looking to expand their practice, work on sophisticated matters, or join a collaborative environment with strong growth potential. The firm is open to candidates with experience across a broad range of litigation areas, including but not limited to employment, business/commercial litigation, real estate, personal injury, insurance defense, construction, professional liability, probate/trust litigation, intellectual property, bankruptcy, consumer litigation, and other civil matters . Responsibilities Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs Conduct fact investigations, legal research, and case evaluations Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal legal teams Manage caseload independently while working in a team-oriented environment Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Experience in any civil litigation practice area welcome Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently and work in a fast-paced environment Trial, deposition, or substantive motion experience is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
