Automotive Title & Registration Specialist

About the Role

Quality Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Closer / Title & Plate Document Processor to support vehicle sales and registration operations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling automotive documentation, title processing, registration paperwork, and transaction coordination while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Process vehicle title and registration documents
* Prepare and submit title and plate applications
* Review contracts and supporting documentation for accuracy
* Communicate with customers, dealerships, lenders, and state agencies as needed
* Track and monitor transaction progress through completion
* Maintain organized records and filing systems
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
* Resolve title and registration issues in a timely manner

Requirements

* Previous experience in automotive title processing, dealership administration, automotive closing, or a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and automotive dealership software is a plus
* Knowledge of DMV and vehicle registration processes preferred
