As a data maintenance clerk, you will be responsible for requesting and maintaining demographic information from health plan participants to ensure new or continued eligibility of their health coverage.

• Processing incoming and returned mail
• Reviewing weekly participant reports
• Completing and mailing packets to new participants
• Ordering ID cards for participants

• Communicator. Strong verbally and in writing including interpersonal skills
• Service Minded. Passionate about customer service--delivering it like you expect to receive it
• Detailed. Attentive to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Technically Savvy. Proficient with technology, basic level with Excel and Word
