  A Typical Day in the Life:   
The seasonal administrative coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities may include:  

• Reception duties including greeting clients and directing calls
• Scheduling meetings
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies
• Preparing and organizing client documents

Qualifications:  

• Associate degree or equivalent position-related training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Clear verbal communication is required
