Requirements: 5+ years of Python development for ML solutions 3+ years operationalizing ML applications Experience with Generative AI, transformers, and LLM projects Familiarity with frameworks like Huggingface, LangChain, or GPT Ability to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years applying large language and generative AI models Experience finetuning LLMs Proficiency in API design, Containerization, and DevOps Leadership experience in Agile teams Knowledge of ML model testing, evaluation, and governance Familiarity with HITL systems, explainability metrics, and responsible AI Understanding of ML model life cycle processes and considerations for hardware deployment Master’s degree in CS, Mathematics, or Engineering Why Join Markerr: Markerr offers a dynamic and creative work environment that values innovation and encourages professional growth.
