Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedic & Vestibular FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Anderson, SC Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year About the Position FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Anderson is growing, and we are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or experienced Physical Therapist who wants to develop clinically, work with a supportive team, and build a long-term career in outpatient physical therapy. Compensation & Benefits $80,000–$95,000 annual salary Full-time position Monday–Friday schedule No weekends Healthcare stipend Mentorship and structured onboarding Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional and clinical growth Training in orthopedic, vestibular, and balance therapy Opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing outpatient clinic Physical Therapist Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings Provide skilled physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting Treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, balance, and mobility conditions Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and balance training Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients regarding their diagnosis, treatment plan, home exercise program, injury prevention, and wellness Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Participate as a collaborative member of the rehabilitation team Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent physical therapy degree Current or pending South Carolina Physical Therapist license New graduates are encouraged to apply Experience in outpatient physical therapy is a plus, but not required Interest in orthopedic, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care New Graduates Welcome Are you a new graduate Physical Therapist looking for your first outpatient position?
