CNC Mill Setup/Operator

Job Description

We are a growing manufacturing team seeking an experienced CNC Mill Set-Up / Operator to produce high-quality precision components in a clean, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, benefits, and long-term stability.

Pay: $28-$30+/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mills using Haas and Fanuc controls
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments
• Monitor machine operation and make offsets or adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
• Perform trial runs to verify machine settings and program accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with CNC Mill setup and operation required
• Familiarity with 4th and 5th axis machining preferred
• Experience with Haas controls and Fanuc systems
• Mastercam experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools accurately
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
