Schedule: Monday Friday | Day Shift | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week outpatient contract position in Sidney, Montana. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population with a strong focus on orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and work-related injuries .

This position offers a collaborative rehabilitation environment with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapy professionals. Patient scheduling includes approximately 1-hour evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions .

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for orthopedic, sports-related, work-related, and other rehabilitation conditions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and rehabilitation goals.

• Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals, orthopedic providers, family practice providers, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License Required for Practice in Montana.

• Minimum 1 Year of Physical Therapy Experience Preferred.

• Outpatient Physical Therapy Experience Preferred.

• Epic EMR Experience Preferred.

• Strong Clinical Assessment, Communication, Documentation, and Patient-Centered Care Skills Required.

The Physical Therapist will provide individualized outpatient rehabilitation services focused on helping patients restore function and return to their daily activities.
