What You'll Do

• Guide prospective customers through the sales and decision-making process, from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Conduct engaging community tours and provide a personalized customer experience.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and manage activity through the CRM.
• Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources, local professionals, and community organizations.
• Represent the organization at networking events, presentations, community events, and outreach activities.
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive relationship-building and community engagement.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and transition activities to ensure a seamless experience.
• Partner with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, events, sales strategies, and occupancy goals.
• Monitor sales activity and follow-up to maintain a healthy and active pipeline.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, marketing, hospitality, or community relations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
• Experience using a CRM system and managing a sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
• A genuine interest in helping people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for networking and community outreach.
