Hey Midland drivers! Let’s be honest—life on the road is tough, but you shouldn't have to miss out on family dinners or sleeping in your own bed just to make a great living. Here at Truckers New Lane, we do things differently. We aren't just pushing paper; we genuinely want to connect you to driving opportunities that match your specific lifestyle, career goals, and home-time needs. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we want to hear from you. Here is what you need to bring to the table:

- A valid Class CDL-A

- Be at least 21 years old

- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen

- 401(k) programs (available with many carriers)

- Paid time off & performance incentives (offered by many carriers)

- Dedicated & local driving opportunities around Midland, TX

- Career growth opportunities

- Smooth, late-model equipment to keep you safe and comfortable
