Lead Line Cook

Whiskey Bird is looking for experienced line cooks to join our team. We are a New American restaurant with Asian accents with an open kitchen and classic cocktails. We cook everything from scratch and focus on using interesting high quality ingredients. We are a busy restaurant that prides itself on quality, speed and consistency. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and puts in 110% to every dish that they plate. If you are interested in joining a fun concept, great team atmosphere, and are willing to learn, this position may be the right fit for you. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and guidelines. - Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen - Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation practices. - must be able to stand on feet for 8 hours and lift 50 pounds. - must be able to work all weekends, including Sundays
