Key Responsibilities

Running and directing shifts from start to finish
Managing break rotations efficiently
Monitoring speed of service and operational flow
Troubleshooting issues in real time
Supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
Communicating clearly with Team Members and Leadership

Who We’re Looking For

Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
High level of accountability and attention to detail
Strong communication and team coaching ability
Positive attitude with a servant-leader mindset
