American Furniture Rental (AFR) is looking for an experienced warehouse manager for our warehouse in Lakewood, WA.

Clean background and driving records. Able to pass pre-employment drug testing (12 panels).

Basic Function: Responsible for planning and directing work activities of the warehouse. Delegate work with respect and foster team work and AFR culture.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate weekly Operations/Sales Skype calls
• Oversee the pick, prep, and shipment of orders and transfers
• Work with and monitor delivery teams
• Walk and inspect both inbound and outbound orders/transfers
• Training and monitoring of delivery teams and pickers
• Handle calls from delivery teams
• Work with Branch Managers to route trucks
• Oversee and inspect the quality of the previous days triage and approve of all product going into racks
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
