You will serve as a liaison between the innovation/data team and business leaders across the organization, including clinical, finance, philanthropy, and other departments. For questions, contact View email address on click.appcast.io Type: Direct HireLocation: Remote – Candidates must reside in CaliforniaCompensation: $140,000–$160,000 per year plus benefitsNo Visa Sponsorship Available for this roleWhat you’ll doServe as a senior liaison between the innovation/data team and business units across a healthcare provider.Partner directly with business leaders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable data projects.Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, finance, philanthropy, and other departments to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution definition for enterprise data initiatives.Present data, findings, and recommendations to business and executive stakeholders.Help identify opportunities where data, analytics, AI, and ML can improve business processes and outcomes.Work collaboratively with technical teams, data professionals, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.Support innovation initiatives involving data science, AI/ML, and emerging technologies.What gets you the job8+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role focused on data projects.Strong experience working within a healthcare organization; provider/hospital experience is strongly preferred.
