KeyResponsibilities Processvendorandsubcontractorinvoicesaccuratelyandinatimelymanner. Matchinvoicestopurchaseorders,contracts,andreceivingdocumentation. Obtaininvoiceapprovalsfromprojectmanagersandsupervisors. Assistwithweeklyorbiweeklypaymentprocessing. Maintainorganizedaccountspayablerecordsandrespondtovendorinquiries. Reconcilevendorstatementsandassistwithresolvingdiscrepancies. Assistwith1099reporting,month-endclose,andyear-endauditsasneeded. Followcompanyaccountingproceduresandinternalcontrols. Orderandmaintainofficesupplies. Answerandrouteincomingphonecallsprofessionally. Providegeneraladministrativesupportasneeded. Performotherdutiesasassigned. Qualifications Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired. Associatedegreeorcourseworkinaccountingorfinancepreferred. Prioraccountspayableexperiencepreferred,butentry-levelcandidateswillingtolearnareencouragedtoapply. Basicunderstandingofaccountingprinciples. ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcelandbasicofficeapplications. Constructionindustryoraccountingsoftwareexperienceisaplus. Skills&Competencies Strongattentiontodetailandaccuracy. Excellentorganizationalandtime-managementskills. Clearwrittenandverbalcommunication. Abilitytofollowestablishedproceduresandlearnnewsystems. Dependable,team-oriented,andabletoworkindependently. WorkEnvironment&Schedule Part-time,office-basedpositionatOnyxCorporation.
