Accounting Clerk

Description Our client is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of the accounting department by processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with accounts payable and month-end activities. This role works closely with accounting, inventory, and operations teams to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and timely Manage accounts payable communications and vendor inquiries Reconcile payments and assist with month-end close activities Support accounting, inventory, and operational teams with financial data and documentation Maintain accurate and organized financial records Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed Requirements Basic understanding of accounting principles QuickBooks experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive approach to work Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the accounting function #J-18808-Ljbffr ebs recruiters LLC
