As a Service Technician, you'll be the face of Mountain West in the field by inspecting, repairing, and replacing parts on windows and doors at customer locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair Marvin windows and doors in the field, including glass replacement and installation of components like shades, screens, and hardware
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by educating homeowners on product care, operation, and maintenance
- Complete service documentation, coordinate follow-ups, and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Manage parts ordering, job site walkthroughs, and final quality checks before project completion
- Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and daily job readiness while adhering to all safety standards
- Collect payments as needed and support overall service operations, including occasional training of new team members
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Field technician experience
- Pass criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening (including THC)
- Valid driver’s license (must meet fleet safety requirements)
