Purpose of the JobOur client offers a suite of devices and tools that are used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. We are looking for an experienced Retail Producer who will orchestrate strategic program management and provide executional leadership for our client’s retail marketing initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with our client's creative teams and agency partners to deliver exceptional design, product experiences, visual merchandising, graphics, and signage. You will drive our client’s new store openings, seasonal campaigns, and their new product launches across the entire creative lifecycle—aligning work with strategic and budgetary goals, delivering on schedule, and ensuring flawless execution. The Retail Producer will act as the central hub for key cross-functional client stakeholders, providing the direct communication and alignment necessary to ensure project success.This role is hybrid (3 days a week on-site) based in Mountain View, CAKey ResponsibilitiesAssess creative briefs, establish and enforce timelines and budgets, and coordinate comprehensive client stakeholder reviews.Drive proactive, transparent communication with cross-functional client teams. Provide clear updates on project status, anticipate and mitigate risks, and expertly articulate priorities.Analyze and refine processes. Maximize efficiency and team well-being within the client’s retail producer team and their retail creative group.Lead the retail creative development process with client teams and/or agency partners in the following areas: creative resourcing, timeline management, budget management, creative project team management, cross-functional communication, creative strategy, regional share outs, legal approvals, and production hand-off.Ensure client teams consider customer experience, retail presence and brand integrity in every decision. Have a keen eye for design, always push for innovation and highlight the magic of the products. Proactively anticipate and manage project complexities to create “space” and set up the client’s retail creative team to do their best work. Own clear and timely communication to cross-functional client POCs regarding project status, obstacles, and priorities. Proactively identify, communicate, and manage risks.Develop schedules for deliverables partnering closely with client Traffic and Production Managers to ensure accuracy.Knowledge, Skills + ExperienceBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience4-8 years of experience managing the creative development and execution from creative brief through launchBackground in developing and executing marketing strategies for retail stores Experience overseeing campaigns and projects with multiple executive stakeholdersAbility to manage cross-team collaborations with clear communication for optimum resultsAbility to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influenceExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify solutions that work for multiple stakeholdersExcellent leadership, written/verbal communication, and presentation skillsHighly motivated, determined, and organized problem-solver with rigorous attention to detailEffectively navigate and operate in a deadline driven, rapidly changing work environment Ability to flexibly thrive in ambiguity and proactively seek out answers, solutions, and informationA true team player whose first priority is the client’s satisfactionContains a love of efficiency, the desire to produce a high-quality deliverable, and an ability to execute against multiple projects ​ in a technical work environment with often uncertain circumstancesAbility to maintain strict confidentialityFor New York and California applicants: The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors and are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
