HR Manager

Overview Manager HR Business Partner at Hopkinsville, on-site hire supporting approximately 150 hourly manufacturing employees. The role focuses on organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects, partnering closely with leadership and various departments to align people strategy with business objectives. Responsibilities Partner with the Hopkinsville Leadership team to support an hourly manufacturing workforce of 150, strategizing organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training, performance management, and HR special projects. Serve as a trusted advisor and activator in talent management, organizational design, matrixed org partnership, and development needs. Communicate and execute corporate initiatives, programs, and projects, ensuring coordination across all functional organizations. Act as a change agent and partner to the business, implementing processes that prepare employees for ongoing change and improve organizational efficiency. Lead strategy and implementation for process and HR data improvement initiatives, using HR data to identify areas for standardization and automation. Lead organizational design initiatives, promoting efficiency and collaboration across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources. 5+ years of Human Resource experience with a strong focus on business partnering, coaching, progressive organizational development, employee relations, and operational HR excellence. Advanced degree in Human Resource Management or SHRM certification (preferred). Previous experience working in a manufacturing/distribution center (required). Experience with Workday (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and customer‑focused skills. Flexibility, agility, and resilience to thrive amid change and competing priorities. Strategic mindset, consultative approach, and ability to analyze and present data to leadership. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range: $77,600.00 – $124,900.00 , varying by level, location, experience, and local wage requirements.
