Job Description\n Care Career is seeking a travel School Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a travel job in Georgetown, South Carolina.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)\n Discipline: Therapy\n Start Date: 09/14/2026\n Duration: 40 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n Key Details:\n Position: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)\n Schedule: Traditional K–12 school-based schedule\n Education: Master’s degree in an acceptable field\n Certification: Active BCBA certification\n Training: Completed 8-hour supervision training required by BACB\n Licensure: Must be licensed as a BCBA in Kansas and Missouri\n Supervises: BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)\n \n Main Responsibilities:\n Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs.\n Implement and oversee 1:1 behavioral intervention programs for children.\n Conduct and interpret assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS.\n Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).\n Train and conduct competency checks for RBTs.\n Introduce and train staff on new client programs.\n Monitor behavior, collect data, and prepare monthly graphs and progress reports.\n Conduct team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.\n Complete required clinical documentation and billing.\n Ensure services comply with state/federal regulations and facility policies.\n About Care Career\n \n Care Career brings together a portfolio of leading healthcare staffing organizations, each delivering specialized talent solutions across the industry.
