Assistant General Manager

We're currently offering full‑time Assistant General Manager (AGM) opportunities. The ideal candidate is an experienced hands‑on leader who is energetic, self‑starting, and guest‑first focused. Job Specifics Promote a culture of accountability that supports our purpose of enabling happiness and ensuring loyalty with every interaction. Provide leadership and direction to hourly employees to achieve high standards in all restaurant operations and customer service. Build relationships and foster a positive environment that motivates employees to deliver results. Ensure financial success by driving sales and controlling costs to meet profitability goals. Oversee all HR duties, including hiring, training, and coaching of hourly employees. Work with others to assertively address and overcome obstacles faced by the business. Use data to make business decisions that optimize the health of the restaurant. Requirements 2+ years high‑volume, upscale casual restaurant management experience with a strong track record of progressive career growth (within one company is a plus). High energy and a sense of urgency. Polished, professional presentation and approach. Strong leadership traits with the ability to drive performance results through motivating and coaching others. Detail‑oriented with high standards in service, organization, and operations. Guest‑focused and hospitable, truly enjoying taking care of others. Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.). Strong written and oral communication skills. Flexible schedule: 45 hours per week with two consecutive days off. Benefits Employees are eligible for 90% employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 full days of employment. Dependent/family coverage available at full cost to the employee. Paid Time Off (PTO): 12 days per year. Paid holidays: 5 paid holidays per year. Free meals on shifts worked. 50% off when dining on a day off. Starting salary range: $80,500–$82,500 per year, based on location & experience. Salary range: $80,500–$89,500 per year, based on location & experience.
