Beyond clinical care, our Family Services team supports thousands of families across the region with programs that help meet essential needs and reduce barriers that impact health and well-being.At CHP, our mission is to provide access to health care for everyone.Salary Range: $350,000 - $400,000 / yearSummary: The OB/GYN will join a dedicated team of healthcare providers and will provide comprehensive and continuing care. This will include routine and emergency clinic care, support of health promotion and preventative medicine.This person will support CHP's mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP's policies and procedures.Position RequirementsOB/GYN Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive ambulatory gynecology/obstetric medical careParticipate in the practice call scheduleMaintain board certificationMaintain all other required certifications including BLS and NRPMaintain patient medical records within the electronic health record in a timely fashionSubmit patient charges in a timely fashionSupport the mission, vision, and values of CHPBe a community ambassador for CHPAbide by all human resource policies including those pertaining to professional behaviorParticipate in practice and organizational meetings and events in a positive, collaborative, and supportive mannerBe a supportive and collaborative practice partnerProvide constructive guidance and feedback to colleagues and organizationParticipate in the peer review programSupervise colleagues as neededCompetencies:Subject Matter Expert: Is a subject matter expert and keeps knowledge current by attending required trainings and meetings.Knowledge of and respect for HIPAA regulations.Develops innovative approaches and ideas.Business Acumen: Understands business implications of decisions; Aligns work with strategic goals. Excellent time-management skills.Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Prepares and presents statistical and other reports oral or written as required.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an accredited residencyLicensing through the USMLEActive and unrestricted Massachusetts medical licenseSpecialty board certification or obtaining such within one year of hireExperience: Required previous practice experience of 5 or more years.
