Maintenance Staff (Part Time)We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Staff member to join our team. As a Maintenance Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of our public facilities and infrastructure.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.Assist in the upkeep of buildings and recreational areas, ensuring they remain clean and safe for public use.Participate in seasonal maintenance activities such as snow removal, landscaping, and general cleaning.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete projects and tasks.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in general maintenance, including basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude when interacting with the public.Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and objects.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits: Part Time employees are offered a one day paid leave policy which can now be accrued, EAP is also available for employee and family members of employee.How to Apply: If you are enthusiastic about contributing to your community's well-being and have the skills we're looking for, we encourage you to apply.
