Retail Leadership Trainee: Path to Store Manager

CVS Health

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program designed to groom future CVS Store Managers. The program blends self-paced and collaborative training over 16 weeks, with support from a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach. Candidates should have retail management experience and be prepared for promotions across the designated market.
