California Hourly Range: Starts at $20.00 (Plus Tips/Benefits Earn $1 - $4 extra per hour in TIPS!) Depending on Experience & Location, other states may vary. Responsibilities Ensuring all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service Motivating others to achieve their best results Leading by example and embodying Urbane Cafe values and mission Filling in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations Running the shift so all team members are provided their mandatory breaks and they are taken at the appropriate time Treating all team members with dignity and respect Assigning tasks to others as appropriate while still performing their fair share Commanding respect of team by demonstrating consistency and fairness without showing favoritism Following up on delegated tasks to ensure successful completion Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 35 pounds Great communication and people skills Possess basic math and accounting skills Excellent communication and people skills Benefits Amazing Career Opportunities - we're growing!
