Unlimited career potential. Certified as a Great Place to Work. Inclusive culture. Responsibilities Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates. Manage the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence; assist the manager in developing strategies to drive branch sales and profitability. Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehousing, and sales in accordance with established policies. Resolve branch-level problems, investigate customer complaints, and make necessary resource adjustments. Investigate inventory discrepancies and make adjustments as required. Serve customers and support the counter and inside sales functions as necessary; ensure all sales orders are billed correctly and timely. Schedule staff and analyze budgets and variances. Generally have 5+ years of experience. Perform other duties as assigned. Require operation of a company vehicle or personal vehicle, with usage more than 20% of the average work week; acceptable MVR report required. Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience. Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle. Knowledge of construction and industrial products. Spanish language proficiency.
