Shipping & Receiving / Logistics SupervisorAn established manufacturer in the Metro Atlanta area is hiring a Shipping & Receiving / Logistics Supervisor. This role owns the full flow of goods in and out of the plant, from freight scheduling to keeping the dock audit-ready, and reports directly into operations leadership.$25-$30 per hour / 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday / Excellent Benefits!What You'll Do:Prepare, verify, package, label, and process outbound shipments, including samples and special customer instructionsReceive inbound materials and products, inspect paperwork, confirm quantities, and route items to correct locationsSchedule pickups, coordinate carriers, manage freight details, and resolve routine shipping and delivery issuesMaintain an organized, safe, shipment-ready dock and warehouse area, including finished goods, Kanban, and staging locationsMaintain a 1-2 week forward shipment schedule and coordinate with production so upcoming shipments are staged and documented ahead of ship datesKeep ERP records, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documentation accurate and currentResolve routine freight and carrier issuesWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 3 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentForklift certificationERP transactional experienceUPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL freight, or international shipping experienceStrong attention to detail and follow-through with minimal oversightExperience with Acumatica or Microsoft Dynamics preferredTo apply for the Shipping & Receiving / Logistics Supervisor position, submit your resume in response to this ad or fill out an application at impactstaffing.com.Impact Staffing has been connecting Metro Atlanta job seekers with top manufacturing, distribution, and administrative employers for over 25 years.
