RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

Job Description

Job Description

Behavior Technician – Giddings, TX

( In-Home / Part-time , flexible days. offering $30-35/hour)

At  Bright Pathways ABA , we’re not just delivering therapy — we’re rebuilding the experience of autism care from the ground up.
Too often, ABA feels cold and transactional. Children become “cases.” Therapists are reduced to billable hours. Families feel like an afterthought.
We believe it can feel different — and should .

We’re creating a relational model of care where:

• Children are seen as full people with stories, spark, and potential

• Families are partners, not accounts

• Therapists are collaborators, not just implementers

We’re building a place where everyone involved — children, families, and you — can feel supported, connected, and deeply valued.

What You’ll Be Part Of

• As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 in their home or community, helping them build the foundations of a more connected and regulated life.

• Support children during meaningful time together

• Bring to life personalized growth plans crafted by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)

• Help families feel heard, included, and cared for

• Track progress simply and clearly — no overwhelming systems

• Share your voice and ideas — and expect them to matter

You Belong Here If You:

• Are a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Live near Giddings, TX and have reliable transportation

• Feel drawn to the idea that your presence could help a child build an entirely new life

• Want to be part of a company that values human connection as much as clinical quality

• Care more about people than processes — and want your work to reflect that

What Makes Bright Pathways Different

• Real Flexibility – You tell us when and how you want to work; we build around you

• Supportive Culture – You’re seen, respected, and included from day one

• Collaborative BCBAs – We believe in clinical partnership, not top-down management

• Compensation That Reflects Impact – $30–$35/hr based on experience and contribution

• Growth That Feels Good – We’ll support your training, confidence, and sense of purpose

(And yes — this role is technically called “RBT” because the system loves its strange acronyms . But to us, you're so much more than that. You’re a guide, a teammate, and most of all the spark that helps a child achieve a whole new life never imagined.)

We’re here to create something better - something deeply human - and we’re inviting you to help build it.

To ensure a safe and professional environment for the children and families we serve, employees may be required to complete pre-employment and random drug testing.
