What You Will Be Doing:

Implement and support governed AI experiences under senior engineer, architect, and product leader direction. Balance rapid experimentation with enterprise testing, security, observability, and operational ownership.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, required.
• Experience developing software, data products, AI applications, or enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Python and REST APIs, plus familiarity with SQL and Git, required.
• Working knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and agentic workflows, required.
• Experience with Snowflake, Glean, or comparable data, search, knowledge-management, or AI platforms.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, testing, monitoring, and secure development.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building with Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake CoCo, Glean agents, or similar enterprise AI platforms, preferred.
• Experience with evaluation harnesses, prompt/version management, observability, or AI quality measurement, preferred.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated data environments, preferred.
• Familiarity with identity, role-based access control, data classification, and privacy-by-design practices, preferred.
